The Kano model combines the anatomically shaped design of the original BIRKENSTOCK footbed with an additional latex heel cushion and an air-cushioned polyurethane sole. The adjustable heel strap prevents the back of the foot from slipping and provides additional lateral support in combination with the two instep straps.
