In order to return item(s) please repackage the goods, either in their original packaging or a carrier bag etc.

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange items, however, please feel free to re order once you have received your refund.

Do not attach any sellotape/parcel tape/address labels to the box or item itself.

Goods must be unworn, in clean order and in a resalable state or they will not be accepted.

Please enclose the completed form at the bottom of the invoice and return to:

Buyer must return goods at their own expense, unless item is faulty or incorrect. When returning goods please ensure you keep proof of postage as it is your responsibility if goods are lost (Proof of postage is not proof of delivery).


-Please do not apply any tape or labels directly to the original box(s).

-Please place back in the original postage bag or place in a bag/box of your own.


Postage costs-

-When returning heavier items, we recommend using EVRI or Collect+.

-Please ensure you keep a receipt when returning your goods as proof of postage. The responsibility of any goods returned are down to the consumer.

-Proof of postage is not proof that we received the item.

-Any lost items should be discussed with the courier service used.

Faulty / wrong item received

If you are unhappy with your order, the item is faulty or you received the wrong item, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue straight away.

*Please note we will require a photo of any faulty/wrong item as evidence for records before we are able to resolve it.*



Return Window


We are happy to accept any and all returns back within 365 days of purchase.  If you are unhappy with the goods. Goods must be unworn, in a clean condition and in a resalable state. This excludes some faulty items.
